 SWIM

Tri-topia is situated in The Brenne National Park which is also

known as the "Mille Etang", 1000 lakes. Consisting of 1400

lakes it is one of Frances most important inland wetlands and

internationally important too conserving many endangered

species. Some are pure nature reserves with hides and walks

and others a haven for water sports like canoeing, sailing,

water skiing, fishing, windsurfing etc.

We have chosen a select few of those lakes and rivers with

their beautiful fresh water to use for our open water

 swimming activities.

Some lakes are kilometres long and others a few hundred

meters, so if you are new to the experience of open water

swimming, there is something for everyone and it’s an

idyllic spot to start. In the summer there is no real

need for a wetsuit, bring one at your own preference.

We also have a range of hire suits for your use.

Start the perfect day with a swim session in the 25m pool before breakfast.

Our Endless pool is great for perfecting technique. With

video analysis over aperitif and nibbles. Jump in for that quick

drill session scheduled for the day. If you fancy a go at our

endless challenge, maybe you'd top the leader board.

We have specialist swim  training weeks where

we mostly concentrate on your swimming technique using

the knowledge of Graham Harris, former European Masters

international gold medallist to give you training tips and

drills in our 25m pool.
